Spent 5 glorious days at this home in the Reunion Resort. I don't know where to start!... The home is located in a beautiful, peaceful part of the resort which is easily accessible from the main entrance. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the main hotel area (Reunion Grande and Seven Eagles) and a very short walk (less than 5 mins) to local stores which are off-site (Publix supermarket, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut takeaway etc.). Within a few short steps of the patio there's a lovely, quiet pool with separate spa (both heated) which was more than adequate. We also took our boys (5 and 2 years old) to the fantastic Water Park which is within the resort and not open to the general public. This is a "must-do" for any families! Reunion is a luxury resort with 3 golf courses (although we didn't play) and a beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool and restaurant. We ate at a couple of the pool restaurants/bars. All good quality and not ridiculously overpriced, as is so often the case. The home itself is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Flat screen TVs and DVD in every room. Lovely kitchen which is open-plan to the living area. We didn't cook in the house but there is everything you could possibly need for preparing, cooking and dining without going out if you so wish (including a BBQ). Bathrooms were very good quality with excellent large and powerful showers. The two bedrooms upstairs are accessed separately but connected by a 'shared' bathroom which was perfect for us with our young children: we slept in the main bedroom and left both the bathroom doors open so we could hear the children in the room next door. It also meant they knew where we were. The third bedroom, on the ground floor, has its own full bathroom. The view from the patio is lovely, looking across the golf course. We saw several Crane birds within a few feet of us! We had a problem with the WiFi (Internet) connection not working on arrival but the owners and their local representative (actually on-site at Reunion) bent over backwards to get it fixed as soon as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Travel-wise, it took us about 35 minutes from Orlando airport, 15 minutes to Disney, 1.5 hours to Kennedy Space Centre, 1.5 hours to Tampa airport. Found a great shopping mall called Millenia Mall about 20 minutes East on the I-4. Negatives? We were only there 5 days! But we'll be back at this home again for certain.

We stayed at the villa in February 2011. Everything was fantastic. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, and it felt like a home away from home, so much nicer than a hotel room. It was quite cold for the first few days of our stay, and the heating system worked really well, but the best thing was going in the Hot Tub which is about 50 yards outside the back doors. Getting into the 104 degree water when it is about 40 degrees outside was amazing. Fortunately the weather improved, but we still enjoyed the hot tub! The kitchen is really well equipped, and was perfect for making our breakfast everyday, as well as cooking evening meals on the occasions when we didn't want to go out. There were only 2 of us, and we used the master bedroom, which had a huge and comfortable bed, and a really nice en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms were excellently furnished as well. We played 2 of the 3 courses, The Palmer and The Nicklaus. Of the 2, we preferred the Palmer, which was especially friendly for lady golfers due to the tee positioning. The only complaint was the price of the golf, which was $120 a round (we were there in peak golfing season) For the rest of the time we went online and booked tee times at other courses in the area at much cheaper prices. If you are golfing and don't want to spend a fortune I would recommend Diamondback, Harmony Golf Preserve and Celebration. We also played at Grand Pines which was fantastic, and about $80. Overall we had a great time, and we would really recommend the Villa, and hope to go back sometime soon. Thanks Stuart & Linda, you have a lovely home. Phil & Kim Bonsall
